Job summary

Central Florida Kidney Centers, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the East Orlando clinic to lead nursing care in the hemodialysis unit under the Nurse Manager.

The role requires directing RNs, LPNs, technicians and other staff, with emphasis on staffing, patient care, and adherence to policies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a self-starter attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to plan, organize, implement and direct nursing care in the hemodialysis unit.
• Experience coordinating patient schedules for staffing efficiency.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, patients, and staff and manage emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement and direct nursing care in the hemodialysis unit.
