Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Facility Administrator to manage daily dialysis clinic operations, finances, and staff. You will partner with the Medical Director and Charge Nurse to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance across the facility.

Our Clinical Leadership Program supports ongoing development, with potential career progression into Director of Operations and beyond. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in healthcare operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare facility operations experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience coordinating with Medical Director and nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations: costs, processes, staffing, quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for direct reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality and Technical Services.
• Coordinate Home Therapies Program oversight with Home Therapies Manager.
• Maintain records integrity and support audits and reporting.
