Job summary

Satellite Healthcare in California seeks a Clinical Coordinator to oversee the dialysis clinic operations in the absence of the Administrator. The role focuses on coordinating patient scheduling, staffing, and quality initiatives to minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments, while ensuring accurate documentation and billing.

The incumbent will work with the Administrator to maintain compliant records, implement Corrective Action Plans, and lead staff development.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months nursing experience, including 3 months dialysis experience.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and USRC clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic.
• Assist with planning/coordinating patient scheduling and staffing levels.
• Maintain logs and ensure dialysis run sheets and logs are sent to billing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations; support QAPI.
• Coordinate patient care with the Administrative team and medical staff.
• Respond to emergencies and oversee equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and support leadership as needed.
