Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care for dialysis patients. You will drive staffing, processes, and quality standards in a collaborative team environment, with opportunities for advancement through our Clinical Leadership Program.

You will oversee patient care coordination, staff development, and cross-department collaboration while shaping program execution and performance metrics across the facility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare facility operations experience.
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience.
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience and Ishihara Color Blind Test.

Responsabilités

• Manages clinic operations including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Partners with HR, Quality, and Technical Services.
• Oversees the Home Therapies Program as applicable.
• Maintains medical and operations records and complies with data collection/audits.
• Manages annual reviews, ICD coding, and network reporting.
• Oversees staff scheduling and payroll.
• Ensures patient care coordination from admission to discharge.
