Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with CPR certification and have supervisory experience. You will collaborate with the Facility Administrator, participate in QA activities, and support staff training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, plus 6 months of specialized experience providing clinical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.) and licensed to practice in the applicable State.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Certified in CPR or successfully complete course in CPR certification.
• Good communication skills – verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day guidance, support and direction to direct patient care staff and participate in staffing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all company and facility procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Approve or disapprove time or personnel schedule changes in absence of Facility Administrator.
• Participate in patient care plan meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of dialysis best practices and participate in in-service trainings.
