• Oversee nursing services each shift and function as a nursing supervisor.
• Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician and support rounds.
• Assist with anemia management and communication of patient assessments to the physician and team.
