Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with dialysis experience is required.

• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day guidance to direct patient care staff.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate Charge Nurse duties with Staff RNs.
• Assess daily patient care needs and distribute assignments accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis and ESRD.
