Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.)
• Must be registered and licensed to practice in the applicable State.
• Minimum of 12 months of nursing experience, plus 6 months of specialized dialysis experience.
• Certified in CPR or successfully complete CPR certification.
• Good communication skills – verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day guidance and direction to direct patient care staff and participate in staffing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all company and facility procedures and regulations.
• Approve or disapprove time or staff schedule changes and document hours.
• Participate in patient care plan meetings.
• Monitor dialysis care and supervise equipment and patient treatments.
