Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse and six months of hemodialysis nursing experience; Management or Supervisor experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state's Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL)

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations to maintain operational excellence and high-quality patient care.
• Mentor staff and promote a culture of compassion and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Satellite employees, MDs, and other representatives to coordinate care.
