Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Mundelein, IL seeks a dialysis team member to support safe, effective dialysis therapy under licensed nurse supervision. You will assist with machine setup, patient monitoring, and data entry while ensuring a clean, compliant practice environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must meet CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training (if any) required.
• Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor and document vital signs and treatment parameters.
• Evaluate patient vascular access and cannulation as delegated.
• Record treatment data accurately and ensure safety alarms are enabled.
• Maintain clean, safe patient environment and participate in CQI activities.
