Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state/national certification within required state or CMS timeline.
• All appropriate state licensure, education and training required (if any).
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Evaluate and monitor patient wellbeing during treatment.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters.
• Ensure safety alarms and equipment function properly.
• Maintain infection control and environmental cleanliness.
• Assist in training direct patient care staff under RN supervision.
