The role supports the health care team under RN supervision, setting up dialysis machines, monitoring patients, and assisting with education and safety protocols to ensure effective dialysis treatments.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CMS/state certification as required, CPR certification, and completion of dialysis training.

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must meet CMS/state certification requirements within required timeline.
• Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values and customer service standards.
• CPR certification and dialysis training program completion required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setting up and operating dialysis machines as directed.
• Record and monitor vital signs and patient condition during treatment.
• Provide patient education regarding adequacy measures and treatment processes.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly dialysis environment and report changes to the RN.
