Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a dialysis technician to support safe and effective dialysis therapy under RN supervision. Responsibilities include setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, monitoring patients, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CMS/state licensure prerequisites, and CPR certification. Prior patient care experience is preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must meet CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and monitor treatment parameters.
• Provide patient education on adequacy measures and treatment processes.
• Record vital signs, weights, UF goals, and treatment data accurately.
• Maintain infection control and a safe, clean dialysis environment.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN or supervisor.
