Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to provide direct patient care under RN supervision. You will greet patients on the treatment floor, ensure comfort during dialysis, and advocate for patients while communicating with the care team.

A state-appropriate scope of practice applies, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of active hemodialysis experience, CHT

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent
• Six (6) months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician
• BONENT (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification (per state regulations) California Department of Public Health CHT certification (required only for CA locations) Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision following Satellite policies and procedures
• Meet and greet patients on the treatment floor and ensure patient comfort throughout treatment
• Advocate for patients and communicate pertinent information to the care team

Education

High School Diploma or GED

BONENT (CHT) / NNCC (CCHT) / NNCO (CCNT) certification

California Department of Public Health CHT certification (CA locations)
