Job summary

Satellite is seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse on the treatment floor. You will greet patients and support their comfort throughout the dialysis process, while collaborating with the care team to maintain high-quality care.

You will advocate for patients and communicate needs to the multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, individualized treatment experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Six months of active hemodialysis patient care experience.
• BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certifications per state regulations.
• CA locations require California CDPH CHT certification.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Greet patients on the treatment floor and ensure comfort throughout treatment.
• Advocate for patients and communicate with the care team to deliver quality care.
