Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following Satellite policies on the treatment floor. You will greet patients, ensure comfort during treatment, and advocate for patients while communicating with the care team to deliver quality care.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 6 months of active hemodialysis patient care, and applicable

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent.
• Experience: Six (6) months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician.
• License/Certifications: BONENT (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification per state regulations; CA locations require CA CHT certification; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision in Satellite policies and procedures.
• Greet patients on the treatment floor and ensure they are comfortable during treatment.
• Advocate for patients and communicate pertinent information to the care team.
