Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Biomedical Technician to maintain and repair dialysis equipment and water treatment systems in our kidney care clinics. You will train colleagues on operational maintenance to ensure patient safety and manage medical supplies required.

You will participate in a formal career ladder and collaborate with facility staff to meet regulatory requirements while supporting inventory and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Associate degree in electronics/biomedical technology preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license required in state of residence.
• Successful completion of Fresenius Biomedical Technician training within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs dialysis equipment, ancillary equipment, and water treatment systems.
• Maintains the physical plant as directed and ensures vendor services per contract.
• Purchases and maintains inventory of service parts; documents repairs and maintenance.
