The role focuses on optimizing contacts, applications, approvals, fundings, and revenue by leveraging data, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume outbound dialing operations.
• Strong understanding of call-center KPIs and sales funnels.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience building dashboards and analyzing large datasets.
