Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and produce high-quality images for radiologist interpretation.

The role emphasizes preparing patients, explaining procedures, and maintaining accurate records in a patient-centered environment. The position requires 2–3 years of ultrasound scanning experience and relevant ARDMS/ARRTS certifications where applicable, with onsite work at 399 Revolution Drive and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree Diagnostic Imaging or Sonographer degree required.
• Ultrasound scanning experience 2-3 years preferred.
• State licenses and credentials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures including transporting, transferring, immobilizing, and positioning patients.
• Explain procedures to patients taking into consideration physical and emotional needs.
• Independently perform ultrasound exams on patients providing high quality images.
• Records digital images as directed for radiologist interpretation.
• Assists physician in needle biopsies, renal biopsies, etc.
• Maintains pertinent records.
