Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for a Full Time, Rotating Shift. The role features a 5-week rotating schedule with days, evenings, nights and weekends, and a 14-on/21-off cycle.

Requirements include a Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or ARRT/ARDMS registry, ARRT/ARDMS certification and BLS, and 2 years of related experience; a $20k sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or ARRT/ARDMS registry eligible (Required)
• ARRT or ARDMS certification and BLS are required
• Minimum 2 years of related sonography experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging in ambulatory and hospital settings under physician supervision.
• Provide preliminary structural reporting and ensure infection control compliance.
