What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone and email support for troubleshooting issues related to Clinical Diagnostics products
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system and escalate issues as necessary
- Authorize the return of customer products for further investigation
- Determine product replacements when warranted
- Build relationships with internal and external customers, including lab technicians and hospitals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong understanding of scientific concepts, particularly in DNA and assay functionality
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate on-call responsibilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with RT PCR, molecular, virology, or cytology
- Background in medical technology or clinical lab work
- Ability to troubleshoot Laboratory Information Systems interfaces and/or network computers
- Bilingual in French and English
