Morrison Community Hospital is seeking a Sonographer to provide diagnostic ultrasound services including abdominal, vascular, OB/GYN, and small parts exams. You will prepare rooms, ensure safety, review history, and support physicians with imaging and preliminary findings.

The role requires ARDMS certification, CPR, and ongoing CE, with a focus on collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and adherence to HIPAA and facility policies.

Qualificações

• Must be CPR certified.
• Must be ARDMS certified or other approved credentialing board.
• Must complete all annual continuing education requirements.
• Must demonstrate basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ultrasound exams: abdominal, vascular, OB/GYN, and small parts.
• Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment following safety protocols.
• Review patient history and support clinical information.
• Assist physicians/radiologists and maintain sterile environment during procedures.
• Ensure order is complete and meets medical necessity; obtain necessary patient prep.
• Document incidental findings and assist in preparing final reports.
• Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and proper PPE; ensure PACS/EMR submission.
