IU Health Arnett is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist for outpatient radiology to join a flexible team. The role supports multiple outpatient locations and provides high-quality imaging services without holidays or call requirements.

You will operate imaging equipment, position patients, collaborate with radiologists, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting focused on exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of relevant radiologic technology experience
  • Active ARRT RT(R) certification or board-eligible Radiologic Technology graduate must obtain Radiography credential within 6 months of hire
  • ISDH license as Radiologic Technologist or ISDH Radiology Student Permit
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Ability to maneuver imaging equipment and position patients as needed
  • Current status as Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or board eligibility in Radiologic Technology

Our team provides high-quality imaging services across four outpatient locations, with opportunities to cover sites as needed for vacations, leaves, and staffing support. Each location is equipped with the same imaging equipment, allowing for a smooth transition between sites.

  • Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning.
  • Requires active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R), through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or a recent graduate of an approved training program in Radiologic Technology (board eligible). If board eligible, must obtain credential in Radiography within 6 months of hire.
  • Requires current Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) license as Radiologic Technologist or a current ISDH Radiology Student Permit.
