Job summary

Ascension in Derby, KS seeks a Diagnostic Radiology Technologist to produce high-quality imaging and support accurate diagnoses. You will position patients, select precise technical parameters, and ensure strict radiation safety to maintain a zero-harm environment.

You will verify data and markers for PACS submission, monitor equipment, and contribute to department readiness for every patient. A KS license and ARRT radiography credential are required by 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Credentialed radiologic technologist in radiography required.
• ARRT radiography certification and KS licensure must be active by hire date.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality diagnostic images for physicians.
• Rigorously manage radiation exposure and safety protocols.
• Position patients and select technical parameters for accuracy.
• Verify data accuracy and lead markers in PACS workflow.
