The role emphasizes strict radiation safety, proper contrast administration, and adherence to state and federal regulations. A combination of day and night shifts, full-time and PRN, supports a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Required credentials: BLS within 30 days of hire.
• KS Radiologic Technologist license within 90 days of hire.
• NMTCB/ARRT CT or CNMT certification within 90 days of hire.
• ARRT CT specialty certification within 15 months of hire.
• ARRT Radiography specialty within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures with precision to aid radiologists in diagnosis.
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety through expert positioning and parameter selection.
• Manage contrast media administration within regulatory safety standards.
• Monitor patient responses and maintain radiation safety and protocol updates.
