Job summary

The role requires ARRT RT(R) certification and BLS/CPR, 1+ year radiology experience, proficiency with EPIC/PACS, and strong communication with patients and staff. This PRN position supports the imaging team across shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Diagnostic Radiological Procedures/Positions
• One year post certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers
• Ability to analyze data, techniques, and quality control for accurate information
• Up-to-date knowledge of patient positioning and equipment operations
• Able to read, write and speak conversational English
• Knowledge of health care concepts and procedures

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, providers, team members
• Move, position, and operate radiographic equipment safely
• Provide direct patient care within technologist scope including monitoring and transport
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and equipment is safe
• Maintain EMR and PACS documentation accurately
