Job summary

Prime Healthcare Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL seeks a Radiology Technologist for Per Diem, as-needed shifts.

You will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, follow HFAP/TJC/local CMS/state regulations, act as the front-line contact for imaging needs, participate in PI/QC activities, and transmit images to PACS.

Prior radiology experience, ARRT-R, fluoroscopy permit and BCLS are required; per-diem schedules offer flexibility with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• Experience as Radiology Technologist preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
