Responsibilities

• Perform standardized radiological and fluoroscopic examinations using proper patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques.
• Operate and maintain all equipment within the modality, reporting malfunctions and required repairs.
• Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective equipment.
• Review and analyze patient body size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology to guide examinations.
• Assist physicians with various procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and notations.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control procedures as required.
• Participate in educational training of students.
• Work in a clinical environment while ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
