Qualifications

• Two to three years of x-ray training under supervision of Radiologist.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have state certification.
• Required skills include written and verbal communication and basic organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Workflow prioritizes patient care and expeditious information flow.
• Uses protective devices and infection precautions.
• Operates radiographic equipment, including portable x-ray, C-arm, and fluoroscopy.
• Ensures proper patient identification, consent, and charting in PACS.
• Maintains cleanliness and prepared rooms; assists with clerical tasks as needed.
