Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging under supervision in the St. Francis Downtown location. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate imaging, and teamwork within an interdisciplinary staff.

The position requires ARRT Diagnostic Radiology certification and state licensure where applicable, with preferred 1 year of radiology experience and familiarity with EPIC EHR and PACS systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred).
• ARRT certification in Diagnostic Radiology (required).
• State licensure (preferred where required).
• Training in EPIC EHR and PACS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and prepare for imaging procedures.
• Position and immobilize patients to optimize imaging.
• Apply radiation protection principles to minimize exposure.
• Perform radiographic procedures with imaging equipment.
• Verify informed consent and document pre/post procedure steps.
• Assist licensed practitioner with fluoroscopic procedures and aseptic technique.
