Job summary

Joseph Michaels International seeks a full-time radiologist in Georgia to join an established team of board-certified radiologists. The position is hybrid/on-site with light interventional radiology; schedule includes 14 shifts per month (7 on-site and 7 from home), Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities for extra pay by evenings or weekends.

The ideal candidate will be a general radiologist comfortable performing light IR, with a GA license or eligibility and a path toward board

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of radiology residency or fellowship.
• Georgia Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact participation.
• Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (must obtain board certification within 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic reads and light interventional radiology procedures.
• Provide on-site and remote coverage as scheduled (hybrid model).

Job description

Our System is currently seeking a full-time radiologist to join an established team with two board certified diagnostic radiologists and one interventional radiologist.

Must be willing to work a hybrid/on-site role with light IR

7 Days onsite and 7 days from home

14 Shifts per month

An ideal candidate would be a general radiologist who is comfortable performing light IR procedures.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus, an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustmentas a W-2 hospital employee
• Bonus:straight production; RVU payment model
• Schedule: guaranteed 14 shifts per month (minimum) – 7 days on-site and 7 days at home, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm; opportunity to work evenings or weekends for extra pay
• Volume:approx. 80-120 reads per weekday shift (~1,200 RVU’s per month)
• 2 radiologists on per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Approximately 24 weeks of vacation per year
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents for family health insurance
