Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a full-time radiologist to join a team of two diagnostic radiologists and one interventional radiologist. The role offers a hybrid on-site schedule with light IR and 14 shifts per month (7 on-site, 7 from home) in Georgia.

The package includes a competitive guaranteed salary, a 3% cost-of-living adjustment, and an RVU-based bonus program. Nights/weekends may be covered by teleradiology when needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of radiology residency or fellowship.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in radiology (with certification within 5 years).
• Georgia Medical License or eligibility via Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Perform light interventional radiology procedures as needed.
• Read and interpret a high volume of studies (approx. 80-120 reads per weekday shift).
• Maintain hybrid on-site and remote reads; participate in the 14-shift per month schedule.
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents.

Job description

Our System is currently seeking a full-time radiologist to join an established team with two board certified diagnostic radiologists and one interventional radiologist.

Must be willing to work a hybrid/on-site role with light IR

7 Days onsite and 7 days from home

14 Shifts per month

An ideal candidate would be a general radiologist who is comfortable performing light IR procedures.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus, an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustmentas a W-2 hospital employee
• Bonus:straight production; RVU payment model
• Schedule: guaranteed 14 shifts per month (minimum) – 7 days on-site and 7 days at home, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm; opportunity to work evenings or weekends for extra pay
• Volume:approx. 80-120 reads per weekday shift (~1,200 RVU’s per month)
• 2 radiologists on per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Approximately 24 weeks of vacation per year
