Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time radiologist to join an established team in Georgia. The role combines hybrid/on-site work with light interventional radiology, featuring a guaranteed 14 shifts per month and a mix of on-site and home reading.

The ideal candidate is a general radiologist comfortable with light IR, board-certified or eligible, and eligible for Georgia licensure. There are opportunities to precept students and residents, with RVU-based bonuses and relocation

• Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (must obtain within 5 years).
• Georgia Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact participation.
• Willing to work hybrid/on-site with light interventional radiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology reads and support light IR procedures as needed.
• Work a guaranteed schedule of 14 shifts per month, with 7 on-site and 7 from home.
• Collaborate with two diagnostic radiologists and an interventional radiologist.
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents.
• Nights/weekends may be covered by teleradiology and extra shifts available.

Job description

Our System is currently seeking a full-time radiologist to join an established team with two board certified diagnostic radiologists and one interventional radiologist.

Must be willing to work a hybrid/on-site role with light IR

7 Days onsite and 7 days from home

14 Shifts per month

An ideal candidate would be a general radiologist who is comfortable performing light IR procedures.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus, an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustmentas a W-2 hospital employee
• Bonus:straight production; RVU payment model
• Schedule: guaranteed 14 shifts per month (minimum) – 7 days on-site and 7 days at home, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm; opportunity to work evenings or weekends for extra pay
• Volume:approx. 80-120 reads per weekday shift (~1,200 RVU’s per month)
• 2 radiologists on per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Approximately 24 weeks of vacation per year
