Talent With Heart is seeking a full-time radiologist to join an established team of two diagnostic radiologists and one interventional radiologist in Georgia. The role offers a hybrid/on-site schedule with light IR responsibilities and 14 shifts per month, 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday; evenings or weekends may be available for extra pay.

The ideal candidate is a general radiologist comfortable performing light IR procedures, with residency or fellowship completion in radiology and Georgia

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of radiology residency or fellowship.
• Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (must obtain board certification within 5 years if eligible).
• Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: guaranteed 14 shifts per month (minimum) – 7 days on-site and 7 days at home, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm; option for evenings or weekends for extra pay.
• Comfort with light IR procedures and general radiology reads (approx. 80-120 reads per weekday shift; ~1,200 RVU per month).
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents; participate in teaching and mentorship.

Job description

Our System is currently seeking a full-time radiologist to join an established team with two board certified diagnostic radiologists and one interventional radiologist.

Must be willing to work a hybrid/on-site role with light IR

7 Days onsite and 7 days from home

14 Shifts per month

An ideal candidate would be a general radiologist who is comfortable performing light IR procedures.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus, an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustmentas a W-2 hospital employee
• Bonus:straight production; RVU payment model
• Schedule: guaranteed 14 shifts per month (minimum) – 7 days on-site and 7 days at home, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm; opportunity to work evenings or weekends for extra pay
• Volume:approx. 80-120 reads per weekday shift (~1,200 RVU’s per month)
• 2 radiologists on per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Approximately 24 weeks of vacation per year
