Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures under radiologist supervision in Clovis, NM. You will operate imaging equipment, provide patient care, and ensure high-quality images and clean workflow in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include NM RRT license or temporary license, ARRT certification preferred, and ability to obtain ARRT within one year if not already certified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current New Mexico Radiologic Technologist (RRT) license or temporary license required.
• ARRT R.T.(R) certification preferred at the time of hire.
• If not ARRT certified at hire, must obtain ARRT R.T.(R) certification within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures using appropriate equipment and established protocols.
• Operates and troubleshoots imaging equipment and systems to ensure quality images and efficient workflow.
• Provides basic patient care and support before, during, and after procedures.
• Completes required documentation and performs departmental clerical duties.
• Protects patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality while delivering compassionate care.
• Participates in quality improvement, patient safety, and departmental performance initiatives.
• Assists with orientation of new employees and supports students during clinical rotations.
• Maintains a safe environment by following radiation safety, infection prevention, and departmental policies.
• Collaborates with Radiologists, providers, and other healthcare team members to support quality patient care.
