Responsibilities

• Conduct phlebotomy with a patient-first approach, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Follow defined protocols and collaborate with laboratory technologists, leaders, and supervisors to deliver accurate diagnostic results that directly impact patient care and treatment decisions.
