Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field; ARRT or ARDMS or NMTCB credentials accepted.
• Coordinates all technical operations of the diagnostic imaging department.
• Monitors RIS and PACS and ensures data integrity.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Leads staff recruitment, training, scheduling and evaluations.
• Ensures staffing targets and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily imaging department operations and patient services.
• Manage staff coaching, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and HIPAA.
• Develop budgets and oversee capital expenditures.
• Research and implement new imaging technologies to improve productivity.
