Job summary

Endeavor Health in Northbrook is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant Senior- Front desk Admin for the Mammography department. This full-time role handles patient check-in, scheduling, and data entry in EPIC, with a focus on accurate documentation and courteous service.

The position requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of secretarial supervisory experience with medical terminology knowledge. Day shift 7:00–3:30 with rotating weekends, local travel as needed.

• Skills: Proficiency with word processing and computer skills; typing 25-35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients in the Mammography department and assist with patient issues.
• Schedule, check in, register, and verify information for patients.
• Input patient information into the EPIC system with high accuracy.
• Responsible for other related duties, with emphasis on proper documentation and courteous patient contact.
• Contact doctors' offices and patients as needed to obtain orders.
• Regular communication with technical staff.
• Assist with secretarial duties as needed.

$19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
