Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant Senior—Front desk Admin in the Mammography Department at our Northbrook location. The role is full-time with day shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and rotating weekends, requiring local travel as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling and verifying information, and entering data into the EPIC system with accuracy, while maintaining courteous patient interactions and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with word processing and computer skills.
• Typing speed 25-35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, check in, register, and verify patient information.
• Input patient data into EPIC with high accuracy.
• Support related duties with emphasis on documentation and courteous contact.
• Coordinate with doctors’ offices and patients to obtain orders.
• Maintain regular communication with technical staff.
• Assist with secretarial duties as needed.

Hourly Pay Range:

$19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Hours: Day shift: Day shift 7-3:30, rotating weekends
• Required Travel: Yes- local

What you will need:

• Education: High School degree or equivalent
• Certification: CPRcertification required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of prior secretarial supervisory experience and medical terminology preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with word processing and computer skills required; typing 25-35 wpm.

What you will do:

• Greet all patients coming into the Mammography department and assist with patient issues
• Schedule, check in, register, and verify information for patients
• Input patient information into the EPIC system with high accuracy
• Responsible for other related duties as requested, with an emphasis on proper documentation and courteous patient contact
• Contacts doctors’ offices and patients as neededto obtain order
• Regular communication with technical staff
• Assisting with secretarial duties as needed.
