Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed psychologist in California to lead comprehensive diagnostic assessments and reporting. You will administer DSM-5 diagnoses, write clinical reports, and communicate results to families, funders, and partners.

The role involves using neuropsychological measures and various diagnostic tools, with travel to multiple sites as required. Strong licensure, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau/Power BI are essential.

Qualifications

• Active California psychologist licensure required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ psychological assessment experience.
• Experience administering ADOS-2, Mullen Scales of Early Learning, Vineland, and WISC-V.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, AFLS, DP-3, and DAS-II preferred.
• Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and completing diagnostic reports.
• Knowledge of working with ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with data visualization/reporting software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience developing effective processes and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of Provider Network Operations, billing and claims processing, authorizations, and billing codes.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ)

• Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations, and clear TB testing


• Ability to obtain and maintain Office of Inspector General clearance


• Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing through funding sources, if applicable


• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification


• Active psychologist licensure in the State of California


• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care certification


• Ability to obtain and maintain a CAQH credential

• Must attend all required training


• Ability to communicate effectively, read, and write using the primary workplace language
