Jobtailor seeks an experienced BCBA to oversee BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs and Behavior Technicians across Montana, developing and monitoring behavioral plans and coordinating with families and staff.

The candidate should hold a Master’s or Doctorate in a human-related field, be independently licensed, and hold BCBA certification, with 3+ years of ASD/developmental disabilities experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

  • Independently licensed or certified.
  • Must be a BCBA.
  • Three or more years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or ASD.
  • Ability to provide direct oversight and supervision to BCAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians.
  • Knowledge of behavioral evaluations, Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Support Plans, measurable goals, and behavioral intervention plans.
  • Knowledge of applicable State and Federal Regulations.

Job description


  • Provide direct oversight and supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians

  • Provide behavioral support services, social skills programming, and skill acquisition goals to consumers with ASD and/or behavioral support needs

  • Conduct assessment, evaluation, training, education, program planning, support services, and clinical services for consumers, families, and staff

  • Provide behavioral evaluations and liaise with psychiatric supports

  • Participate in ongoing assessments and develop and monitor behavioral intervention plans

  • Meet with clients and families, respond to emergencies, prepare written reports, and maintain caseload files

  • Participate in multidisciplinary and professional teams, interdisciplinary team meetings, and psychiatric appointments as needed

  • Provide staff and family training on implemented programs

  • Review Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans before implementation

  • Conduct home and community visits and consumer supervision as needed

  • Ensure FBAs and behavior support plans are current and contain measurable goals

  • Maintain billable-hours spreadsheets and conduct weekly BCBA productivity and caseload meetings

  • Review technician schedules, supervision notes, goal progress, milestones, and required supervision percentages

  • Create and conduct satisfaction surveys and in-services focused on key performance indicators

  • Monitor certification documentation, recertification dates, supervision training, and RBT renewal dates

  • Support BCBA scheduling coverage and productivity

  • Stay current on State and Federal Regulations and provide in-service training on regulatory changes

  • Review monthly billing and ensure notes, supporting documentation, time, and utilization are accurate

  • Participate in statewide community activities supporting company growth, recruitment, and program development

  • Meet with potential consumers, families, school districts, and other funding sources

  • Perform other duties assigned by the State Director


Requirements
