You will diagnose and repair across a wide range of vehicles, communicate clearly with advisors, and contribute to a professional shop environment with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic skillset across electrical, drivability, mechanical, and maintenance concerns.
• Ability to work independently without constant oversight.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to support a structured inspection/workflow model.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, check-engine-light, engine performance, mechanical, and maintenance concerns.
• Use scan tools, test procedures, and repair information to verify failures instead of guessing.
• Perform quality repairs across domestic, Asian/import, European, gasoline, diesel, and 4x4 vehicles.
• Document findings clearly and support advisor communication through inspections, pictures, videos, and notes.
• Maintain productivity while protecting quality, safety, and comeback prevention.
• Work within a process-driven shop that is building toward stronger key-to-key execution.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, upbeat, professional shop environment.
