Qualifications

• Proven diagnostic and mechanical ability at a high level.
• Ability to write accurate, professional estimates.
• Comfort with customer-pay flat-rate production.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and heavy repair concerns.
• Perform vehicle health assessments with notes and estimates.
• Use tools and procedures to verify failures and repair correctly.
• Repair a range of domestic, Asian/import, and some European vehicles.
• Maintain professionalism with service advisors and customers.
• Contribute to training, safety, and process improvements.
