You will apply Lean, Six Sigma and PDCA, manage risk, develop reporting, and coordinate with IT, Coding, Revenue Cycle, Payer Relations and external vendors to advance diagnosis accuracy.

• 3–5 years in a health care role with project management experience.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma/PDCA and managing projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and consult on diagnosis accuracy related projects; track progress and outcomes.
• Manage broad, complex programs; identify risks and interdependencies across departments.
• Collaborate with service lines, IT, Coding, Revenue Cycle, and vendors to advance goals.
• Prepare reports and metrics for stakeholders across the care group.
