Job summary

Medical City Denton, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a PRN Radiologic Tech. You will perform radiologic procedures according to physician orders while delivering high-quality patient care and service.

You will participate in call and holiday coverage, maintain competency, assist with equipment QC, and ensure proper records and radiation safety. Requirements include at least 1 year of radiology experience, BLS within 30 days of start, ARRRT-R Radiography, and RT designation, with vocational

Qualifications

• Preferred at least 1 year of radiology experience.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer designation.
• Vocational School Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality Radiologic procedures per physician orders.
• Maintain patient care quality and exceptional service.
• Participate in call and holiday coverage.
• Maintain competencies and knowledge of procedures; participate in equipment QC.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs quality Radiologic procedures, follows physician’s orders, practices quality patient care, exercise excellent customer service, participates in call/holiday coverage, maintains competencies and current knowledge of procedures, participates in equipment Q.C., completes all records and documentation, practices radiation safety, involved in department initiatives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Prefer at least 1 year experience


• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Vocational School Graduate
