Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across the Pittsburgh, PA South territory, extending into Morgantown, WV. You will promote, sell, and support our diabetes products, education programs, and services to physicians, patients, and referral sources.

This field-based role requires in-person engagement 5 days per week, with travel within the territory and some overnight stays. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years sales experience required.
• Experience using Salesforce preferred.
• Field sales experience with medical devices or B2B sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources.
• Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on diabetes management and CGM.
• Provide product and therapy technical support to patients and at staff in-services.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.
• Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns; coordinate daily customer support.
