Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to drive product promotion within an assigned territory in North Houston, including Cypress, Tomball, The Woodlands, and Kingwood.

You will work with a Territory Manager to plan sales goals and provide clinical education to trainers, physicians and staff. Ideal candidates hold RN/BSN, RD or RPh with a diabetes education credential and have experience educating patients on diabetes technology.

Qualifications

• RN/BSN preferred or equivalent
• Advanced diabetes education credential (CDCES or BC-ADM) or eligible
• 2+ years coordinating patient education on diabetes tech
• Ability to relate with patients, referral sources and healthcare professionals
• Ability to present educational material clearly to diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel up to 80% in assigned territory

Responsabilités

• Directly responsible for clinical services in partnership with Territory Manager
• Provide clinical and sales support, and product education to trainers, physicians and staff
• Deliver Tandem product training and support to patients
• Educate customers on diabetes technology and outcomes
• Maintain CRM records and manage territory call cycle
• Ensure compliance with Privacy/HIPAA and regulatory requirements
