Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to promote Tandem products across Memphis, Jackson, TN and parts of Arkansas. You will combine clinical expertise with sales skills to educate trainers, physicians and staff, and to grow adoption of Tandem’s insulin delivery technology.

This field-based role requires 80% travel, strong communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals while ensuring HIPAA compliance and excellent

Qualifications

• RN, RD or RPh or equivalent education and applicable job experience.
• Advanced Diabetes Education Credential (CDCES or BC-ADM) or eligible.
• 2+ years coordinating and conducting patient education on diabetes technology.
• Ability to relate effectively with patients, referral sources and health care professionals.
• Travel at least 80% in assigned territory; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Tandem Diabetes products within assigned territory.
• Provide clinical and sales support and product education to trainers, physicians, and staff.
• Deliver Tandem product training and support to patients.
• Maintain CRM records and manage territory call cycle.
• Collaborate with support teams to address post-sale issues.
