Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a field-based Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to drive the promotion and sale of Tandem products in the Springfield, Joplin, and surrounding Missouri region, including Columbia, with occasional travel to Kirksville.

You will work with the Territory Manager to train clinicians and patients, and to develop new relationships with health care professionals. You will deliver clinical expertise on diabetes technology and automated insulin delivery, educate

Qualifications

• RN/BSN preferred or equivalent
• 2+ years coordinating patient education on diabetes technology
• Ability to travel up to 80% in assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Promote Tandem Diabetes products within the assigned territory and help achieve sales goals.
• Provide clinical education and product training to trainers, physicians, and staff.
• Educate patients on Tandem devices and diabetes management software; document interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with Customer Technical Support and Clinical Support teams to address post-sale issues.
• Maintain compliant records and territory call cycles to optimize time with prospects and customers.
