• Seven years of experience administrating federal, state, or locally funded grant programs or disaster mitigation/recovery programs
• Experience preparing and processing disaster mitigation or recovery project applications
• Experience processing grant payment requests and performing financial reviews
• Knowledge of federal regulations including the Robert G. Stafford Act, 44 CFR, FEMA policy, and SBA Disaster Assistance Program
• Valid driver's license required; telecommuting available with approval
